WHAT ARE SHIPPING METHODS AVAILABLE?

We provide free and fast postage for all of our goods. We use Royal Mail 1st Class next working day delivery for most of our items. Some deliveries we send Royal Mail 2nd Class (3-5 working days), and it would be indicated on the listing. For large parcels, we use DPD to deliver your goods. If you require a different shipping method, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At the moment, we provide delivery only for the United Kingdom. However, we can arrange an international postage, if you contact us with your shipment details. You can find more about overseas postage prices at http://www.royalmail.com/business/price-finder/

WHY HAVEN’T I RECEIVED MY DELIVERY?

Most often the reason why you haven’t received your item is an error in our postage providers. In this case, please contact us, and we will either send you a replacement or refund you.

HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

You can return your product within 28 days from your purchase and you will have to cover the postage price.
